To strengthen our team we are looking for a Mechanical Metrology Technician - Controller
Your main tasks
- The job will mainly consist of performing measurement tasks with appropriate instruments on initial samples and/or specific mechanical components (metallic, plastic and ceramic).
- The job will include specialized support in defining strategies, inspection methods/cycles and metrology equipment requirements, scheduling and performing measurements on components, semi-finished and finished products in support of the production department.
- Support the control and calibration activities of the metrology equipment/system fleet.
Knowledge of ZEISS 3D measuring machine, CALYPSO program, serves as an asset.
Your profile
The ideal candidate will have:
- A federal polymechanic certificate;
- Good knowledge of mechanical measuring techniques and experience in a similar position;
- Knowledge of the ZEISS 3D measuring machine, CALYPSO programme, is an advantage.
